We have all have experienced what it is like to have our down days. It can be hard to get through the struggles we are facing and sometimes feels like we cannot get through it. Or simply sometimes we just stuck in a rut and not sure how to get out of it. Check out these 5 tips on how to be happy.
1: Listen to a podcast. Gets your mind away from your problems or you can listen to someone going through the same problems. Whether you need a laugh, feel closer to God, the list just goes on. 2: Dance. Everyone should do this! Dancing is a great way to boost your energy, feel free and just get rid of that negativity. If you are someone who is on the shy side and don’t feel comfortable to dance in front of others, then dance when home alone. 3: Spend time with your pet. If you have a dog, cat or any animal, then make sure you spend some quality time with them. Going for a walk with your dog, playing with your cat and just take out time even if it is a few minutes.Fun fact: Research has shown that living with pets provides certain health benefits. Pets help lower blood pressure and lessen anxiety. They boost our immunity.
4: Spend time with family/friends. Having someone in your life that you can talk to about anything bothering you is worth more than all the money in the world! Share your problems with each other and then afterward enjoy going out to the places you both enjoy. Or if you don’t want to get into the deep stuff with your friend/family member, then get one person in your life who is the funny person and always provides entertainment. Because sometimes we just need to have that person to lift our spirits and provide laughs.
5: Last one had me really thinking. I was going to come up with something you can do, but then I thought what if there is someone out there who can’t relate to my tip number 4? They don’t have someone to share their burden or just haven’t got friends or people they see that much in their lives. So, that brings me to number 5 on the list, and that is sharing your thoughts, feelings here. If you are needing someone to talk to consider me as that person. In the comments section a place where you can feel at ease. No judgment is here, just a place you can let go.
That is it! Thank you for checking out my blog post. Peace!
